Am 29.03.2022 findet bei der ForLab-Fachtagung „Mikroelektronik-Forschung in Deutschland: von den Grundlagen zur Anwendung“ von 15:00 bis 17:00 Uhr ein ALD-Workshop statt. Für die gesamte Tagung kann man sich kostenlos registrieren und online teilnehmen.
Following the nice discussions at the EFDS „Simulations for ALD“ workshop organized online March 2021, a workshop on modelling atomic layer processes will be held in Linköping, Sweden 15-16 March 2022. The meeting format will be hybrid with possibility to join both on-site and online. We hope to meet you then and discuss state-of-the-art methods and current thresholds to jointly bring the field forward!
Am 29. und 30. März 2022 findet in Dresden der nächste EFDS Workshop „ALD for Industry“ statt. ALPIN unterstützt die EFDS bei der Organisation und beteiligt sich mit Beiträgen zum Thema ALD am Tutorial und dem Workshop.
Wir konnten zum ALPIN Kick-Off Workshop 2021 am 21. und 22. September 72 Teilnehmer in Dresden begrüßen und das positive Feedback sowohl zu ALPIN als auch zum Workshop hat uns sehr gefreut. Die Arbeit hat sich also gelohnt und der Weg für unser Netzwerk ist geebnet. Wir werden diese Art von Workshop ab sofort jährlich durchführen (2022 treffen wir uns voraussichtlich in Bochum), um das Netzwerk zu stärken, die Möglichkeit zum Austausch zu bieten und neue gemeinsame Aktivitäten zu initiieren.
