We are pleased to announce that registration for the 2025 Atomic Layer Process Innovation Network (ALPIN) Workshop is open.
This year’s workshop will take place on September 2-3, 2025, at Justus Liebig University in Gießen, Germany. It was initiated by Dr. Philip Klement and is hosted by Dr. Felix Schäfer and Prof. Sangam Chatterjee from the Institute of Experimental Physics I.
The ALPIN Workshop brings together leading researchers and industry professionals working in the fields of Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) and Atomic Layer Etching (ALE). Participants can look forward to a dynamic program featuring:
- Scientific presentations and poster sessions highlighting the latest advancements and challenges in ALD and ALE
- An industry exhibition of the Platin Sponsors showcasing cutting-edge technologies and solutions
- A networking event offering the opportunity to connect and exchange ideas in an informal setting
We anticipate welcoming up to 100 participants from around the world and look forward to two days of engaging discussions and meaningful collaboration.
